have had my laptop on for just over an hour; battery is down to 56% and it just switched itself into sleep mode because it has overheated (the fans died a while back, company said they replaced them in warranty period but suspect they didn’t).

/sigh.

i <3 my mac, but it’s 4 years old now and it’s time to upgrade to macbookpro. anyone want to throw 3k at me?

so my friends have been tumblring for a bit and i’ve watched from afar. reading, lurking, never commenting. because historically, i’ve always followed (they had an LJ, i got an LJ, they had facebook, i got facebook, they had twitter, i got a twitter) and i’m just a bit sick of it. i deleted the LJ, deleted the twitter, but kept the facebook.

and now i’ve decided to have a go at the tumblr.

clearly, i am but a sheep.
